This new line of Wellie is a definite fashion statement. The 'Black Beret' Shortie is a break away from the traditional full calf boot, yet still retains its functionality. Made from natural rubber, it has a cotton lining with rainbow design and a  moulded insole, all adding to the comfort of this exquiste boot. The front lace design brings style to what has prevously been a somewhat staid piece of footwear.  Being white, should these laces become dirty, a free pair of brown laces is included.
