The barrel multi fuel stove has been crafted from premium grade freshly mined pig cast iron. No scrap iron is used when making these stoves.

Cast Iron is the most efficient material to use for a stove. The material heats up very fast and retains the heat as well. Your cast iron stove will need to be seasoned. The first five of six firings will need to be gradual with smalls fires allowing the stove to cool after use.

Most solid fuels can be used on the stove however petroleum based fuels will invalidate your guarantee. This stove comes with a 5 year guarantee, has been professionally tested in the UK by Gastec and is CE BS EN13240 Rated .

This stove has been tested and passes the regulations for over night burning. Please ensure your ashpan is empty before burning over night. 

This stove has passed the requirement of building regulations so that it only requires a 12mm thickness hearth to sit on. Please ensure that the stove meets the needs in the details section of the distance that it is required to be away from combustible surfaces. 

This stove must also have it's own dedicated flue pipe or chimney and must be in a room with a permanent free air supply. 

Included with the stove there will be: A grate with fuel retainers, ashpan and ashpan removal tool, baffle/throat plate, side cast linings, bolts.

The stove will need to be bolted into place. 
We recommend that this stove is fitted by a competent installer.
